Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means items must be returned within 14 business days of purchase. If your 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, return form and return approval.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@artistrythread.com.  If your return is accepted, the customer provides the shipping back to Artistry Thread.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only offer store credit for return items or exact replacement.

If the item is sold out in our store when you are trying to return for store credit, it will not be accepted.

Items that are discounted are not eligible for return.

Items that are $10 or less are discounted/clearance and not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at sales@artistrythread.com with your order number and photo of the damaged or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your package.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders, special requests one of a kind items or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do I pay for returns?

You will be responsible for the shipping cost when you are initiating a return.

Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance.

How do I start a return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your store credit via email. We DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded.

We DO NOT offer exchanges for any items. If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order and use the store credit that was emailed to you.

Unapproved refunds sent in the mail will not be processed.
